Bicep Heart
What it means
Sending bicep hearts is a way of saying you care while looking strong: it's a flex and a heart in one move. People use it as a love note to a partner, a thank-you to followers, a gym joke or just a cute three-second clip. The bicep heart pose works with any arm, big muscles or none.
